Sintang Orangutan Center is run by a small, but dedicated group of staff members and volunteers. At this time, we do not have any paid positions available, however we do have volunteer opportunities.
Voulunteer Mengajar di Dusun Nanga Hovat
Visi dari kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat sekitar hutan memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dan budaya melalui proses pembelajaran. Adapun misi dari kegiatan ini yaitu: (1) Mengembangkan program-program pendidikan berbasis lingkungan dan budaya kepada masyarakat; (2) Mengembangkan praktik-praktik pengetahuan lokal dalam proses pembelajaran; dan (3) Meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan hasil alam yang berkelanjutan.
Becoming a Volunteer at Sintang Orangutan Center
Sintang Orangutan Center (SOC) offers opportunities for those who want to gain experience working in orangutan conservation through the volunteer program. Volunteers can choose a division at Sintang Orangutan Center based on their interests.
Every year, Sintang Orangutan Center (SOC) also provides opportunities for students who wish to conduct research for their final thesis.

Berpartisipasi dalam kelestarian orangutan, Sintang Orangutan Center (SOC) / Yayasan Penyelamatan Orangutan Sintang juga memberi kesempatan untuk teman-teman yang ingin ikut berpartisipasi dalam aktifitas kita di Sintang Orangutan Center melalui program Magang atau Volunteer (Relawan) serta penelitian Tugas Akhir dari kampus dan lainnya.
